Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in your specialty, ensuring the best clinical outcomes for all patients.
• Collaborate with other physicians, specialists, and healthcare providers in a team-based approach to patient care.
• Utilize advanced electronic health record (EHR) systems to document and manage patient information, enhancing continuity of care.
• Take an active role in the leadership and growth of CLS Health, contributing ideas to improve operational efficiency, patient satisfaction, and clinical outcomes.
• Participate in community outreach and education, enhancing the reputation and presence of CLS Health in the local area.
• Balance the flexibility of private practice with the resources of a larger corporate infrastructure, ensuring optimal patient care and physician work-life balance.
• Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities and continuing education.

Credentials

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.
• Board certification or eligibility in your specialty. (Endocrinology)
• Active and unrestricted TEXAS medical license (or eligibility for licensure).
• Knowledge on business development - MBA preferred not required
• Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
