What You'll Do:

  • Oversee accounts payable and manage vendor invoices using Sage Intacct.
  • Administer employee benefits and assist with enrollments and updates.
  • Process bi-weekly payroll and track employee vacations.
  • Support our Safety Committee , ensuring compliance and record-keeping.
  • Manage the company’s phone system and assist walk-in clients.
  • Provide administrative support to sales, engineering, and leadership teams .

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience (preferred).
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
