Qualifications & Experience required:

Key Responsibilities:

• Account Management: Oversee and manage large account, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services and solutions to clients.
• Program Management: Lead and manage multiple programs, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Solutioning: Develop and implement innovative solutions to meet client needs and drive business growth.
• Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management.
• Transformation Programs: Drive and manage transformation programs, ensuring successful implementation and adoption.
• Support Programs: Oversee support programs, bring in stability and drive automation ensuring they meet client expectations and deliver value.
• Innovation: Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging the development and implementation of new ideas and technologies.

Minimum Mandatory Skills:

• Strong program management skills
• Excellent solutioning capabilities
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong Program management experience across Run and Change

Experience Level:

• 20+ years of experience required.
• Extensive experience in managing large accounts and leading programs
• Proven track record of delivering successful transformation and support programs

Pay and Benefits

Pay Range Minimum: $ 96000 per year

Pay Range Maximum: $ 198000 Per year

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year
