Client Care Coordinator

Locations: Manhattan, Queens, Bronx, Brooklyn

Position Type: Temp-to-Hire

Pay: $30–$33/hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychosocial assessments for individuals and families.
• Provide short-term counseling, workshops, and group sessions.
• Refer clients to community resources for long-term services.
• Identify and address needs related to domestic violence, mental illness, substance abuse, or child welfare.
• Develop and implement service plans for children in collaboration with teachers and parents.
• Facilitate playgroups and workshops to address trauma.
• Escort clients to appointments and participate in evening, weekend, or holiday schedules as needed.

Qualifications:

• LMSW/LMHC required within 90 days of hire.
• Experience facilitating groups, using assessment tools, and working with mental health or at-risk populations.
