* **Engage the Audience: Add hooks, pacing, graphics, emojis, and sound design that drive retention.**
* **Ship Fast: Deliver platform-ready assets for YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok efficiently.**
**What You Bring**
* **Technical Mastery: Proficient in Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or After Effects.**
* **Bilingual Fluency: Native-level proficiency in English and Korean (specifically for subtitles and context).**
* **Social-First Mindset: You understand what makes a video go viral (hooks, pacing, trends).**
* **AI Proficiency: Comfortable using AI for subtitles, rough cuts, and workflow optimization.**
