**What You'll Be Doing**
+ Operate batch plant equipment to produce concrete according to specifications
+ Monitor inventory levels and coordinate material deliveries
+ Perform routine maintenance and inspections on plant machinery
+ Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards
+ Communicate effectively with drivers, dispatch, and site personnel

+ Demonstrated ability to operate and troubleshoot industrial equipment
+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices
+ Effective communication and teamwork skills
+ Capability to work independently and manage time efficiently
+ Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
**Conditions of Employment**
+ Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
+ Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
**Work Environment**
+ Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
