PennBarry, a subsidiary of Air Distribution Technologies, Inc., is seeking a Welding Engineer to optimize welding processes across manufacturing operations. The Welding Engineer is responsible for developing welding procedures, ensuring compliance with industry codes and environmental regulations, and resolving welding-related manufacturing challenges to improve efficiency and reduce costs. This role will also design and implement training, certification, inspection, and quality control programs, while collaborating closely with the design engineering team to specify and document welding requirements.

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; talk or hear or smell.
