Position Overview:

We are seeking several experienced and strategic Warehouse Managers (across ALL locations in the United States) to lead and optimize our warehouse operations in North America. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless execution of logistics operations, driving key performance indicators (KPIs), and aligning regional processes with global strategies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in warehouse management, resource optimization, and talent development, combined with strong problem-solving and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Logistics Operations Management: Oversee and manage the daily operations of warehouse and logistics activities, ensuring efficient and timely execution of tasks.
  2. Performance Monitoring and Strategy Adjustment: Track and evaluate operational and business performance metrics within the assigned areas. Adjust operational strategies based on regional conditions to meet or exceed targets.
  3. Process Optimization and Implementation: Collaborate with headquarters to adapt and implement corporate operational strategies and system functionalities. Refine and execute warehouse and logistics processes to ensure alignment with global standards.
  4. Risk Management: Develop and implement robust protocols to handle unexpected events and mitigate operational risks effectively.
  5. Vendor and Resource Management: Identify, onboard, and manage third-party logistics (3PL) providers and other external resources to support operational needs and drive efficiency.
  6. Talent Development and Succession Planning: Train and mentor key team members in critical roles within the department. Build a strong talent pipeline by fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse and logistics management, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management systems, and logistics processes.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills with a focus on talent development and succession planning.
  • Proven ability to manage and optimize 3PL partnerships and other external resources.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in adjusting strategies based on performance metrics.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements in North America.
  • Bilingual in Mandarin and English is highly preferred
