YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Act as the essential conduit, harmonizing policies and procedures between the Army National guard and active-duty forces.
• Orchestrate joint training initiatives and mobilizations, promoting unified and effective mission execution.
• Manage resource distribution and personnel deployment to sustain optimal operational preparedness. 
• Lead coordinated emergency response efforts, partnering with civil authorities during national crises. 
• Offer expert guidance on regulatory and logistical matters, shaping impactful policy decisions.
• Ensure compliance with operational directives and training standards, upholding excellence across all units.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• High school diploma or equivalent:
  • Bachelor’s degree in military science, homeland security, or related field preferred. 
• Minimum five (5) of years in military service (Reserve, Guard, or Active Duty) with a focus on operations or logistics. 
• Active Secret clearance is required. 
  • Active Top-Secret clearance is preferred. 
• FEMA Incident Command System Training certificate.
• Professional Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus. 

What You Will Bring : 

• Expertise with program analysis, reporting, and performance evaluation.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data-driven insights to diverse audiences. 
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
