DESCRIPTION

Reporting to the Junior Legal Counsel, as a Legal Intern you will join CELSIUS' Legal Department for Summer 2025 at our HQ in Boca Raton, FL. This 8-week paid internship runs from June 2025 to August 2025, providing an opportunity to gain hands-on experience working in-house at a public company. You will research legal trends in the functional beverage industry, draft key internal legal documents, and assist with ongoing legal projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Learn the role of the Legal Department in a corporate setting.
• Implement SOPs between the Legal Department and other company departments.
• Research and draft memoranda on legal issues affecting the functional beverage industry.
• Assist in advancing data privacy projects.
• Organize legal documents and resources for company-wide use.
• Monitor legal trends and competitor activities.
• Support online legal enforcement efforts.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Currently pursuing a Juris Doctor (JD) degree at a United States-based law school.
• Full-time law student enrolled in an accredited program.
• Holds an undergraduate degree from an accredited university.
• Access to reliable housing and transportation to work in Boca Raton, FL three days a week.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to commit 40 hours per week.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working independently and conducting legal research.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Attention to detail in work product.
• Minimum GPA of 3.3.

Preferred Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Prior internship or job experience in a related field.
• Familiarity with CELSIUS products.
• Knowledge of the Food & Beverage / CPG industry and market trends.
• Involvement in business-related projects, student organizations, or extracurricular activities.
• Experience with Microsoft Suite.

The base pay range for this position is for a successful candidate within the state listed. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on multiple factors, such as work location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience. Celsius is a total rewards company. This position may be eligible for other compensation, including bonuses and Restricted Stock Units (subject to company plans).
