Requirements
Clean driving record (no more than 2 moving violations in last 3 years)
Minimum 2 years of CDL experience
23+ years old
Compensation & Benefits
$2.50+ per mile (Texas, Ohio, Arkansas outbound & Midwest)

Weekly ACH pay every Friday

Cargo insurance: $1,400/mo
Trailer rent: $500–$1,100/mo
ELD: $150/mo
Company commission: 12% (10% for fleets, 3+ trucks)

Occupational insurance: $150/mo
IFTA, KY, NY, NM preparation: $75/quarter
