Summary:

We seek a highly motivated Senior HVAC Inside Sales Manager to join our team in Orange, CA. This leadership role is critical in managing daily sales operations, overseeing office staff, and fostering strong customer relationships. Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage daily inside sales operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
• Supervise and support office staff, guiding them to optimize performance.
• Build strong customer relationships to drive client acquisition, retention, and growth.
• Develop and implement streamlined workflow processes to enhance departmental efficiency.
• Oversee HVAC projects from start to finish, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Prepare accurate quotes, contracts, and proposals while promptly responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage purchase orders and deliver exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

• A high school diploma is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• 7-10 years of experience in sales and/or management, preferably within the HVAC or sheet metal industry.
• Strong background in project management and customer service.
• Proven track record in client acquisition, retention, and relationship management.
• Proficient knowledge of SMACNA standards for ductwork and industrial HVAC projects.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and leadership skills.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with data entry and order processing systems.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
