Job Description

Insight Global is currently looking to hire a foreman in Birmingham, Al, Belle Glade, Fl, Bentonville, Ak, or Hillsborough NC. This is a full time, direct hire opportunity, that will require candidates to go on site.

Foreman:

Salary Range: $100,000- $130,000 plus year end bonus.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role may include healthcare insurance offerings and paid leave as provided by applicable law.

Type: Onsite (7AM- 5:30PM)

· Colorado - Pueblo, Thorton, Lupton

· Florida- Belle glade

· Arkansas- Bentonville

· Alabama- Birmingham

· North Carolina - Hillsborough, Sanford, Clayton

· Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

· Assign tasks and resources for each daily activity.

· Meet with employees to clarify their daily tasks.

· Coordinate jobsite crews, subcontractors, managers, and suppliers.

· Interact with clients, inspectors, and regulatory representatives.

· Document daily progress and review with the Project Engineer or Project Manager.

· Adjust assignments, resources, and schedules for the next day.

· Monitor job site activities , coordinate and balance activity to ensure that the daily plan is achieved, making adjustments in assignment as necessary for the master plan, schedule, and budget

· Develop weekly/daily Project Work Plans using relevant documents.

· Team Environment:

· Work with a full-time PM, superintendent, project engineer/field engineer, and project admin.

· Collaborate with safety officers and other roles.

· Must-Haves:

· 5 years of supervisory experience.

· Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in uncontrolled environments.

· Adapt to multiple environments and scope specifics.

· Experience with large-scale structures in concrete, utility, and earthwork.

· Plusses:

· Safety training certification.

· Other relevant certifications.

· Industry standards and OSHA compliance.
