Scrum Master with prior experience managing Data Warehouse/Snowflake, Data Strategy/ Governance related work that would be an added advantage.

Job Summary:

We seek an experienced Agile Scrum Master to join our dynamic team at Photon. As a Scrum master, you will facilitate and coordinate Agile Scrum processes within our organization, ensuring the company can work collaboratively and efficiently to deliver high-quality solutions.

What will you do?

• Lead Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Guide teams in effectively breaking down work into deliverable increments.
• Act as a servant-leader, helping teams self-organize and maximize their efficiency.
• Assist the Product Owner in backlog grooming and prioritization to ensure clear and actionable user stories.
• Act as a bridge between the team and stakeholders, fostering transparency and alignment.
• Support cross-team coordination in scaled Agile environments.
• Encourage a culture of learning through retrospectives and actionable improvements.
• Track and analyze Agile metrics (velocity, burndown charts) to support decision-making.

What are we looking for?

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in software development or IT.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Agile principles, and frameworks (e.g., SAFe, Kanban).
• Proven experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and managing team dynamics.
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Agile tools like Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps.
• Ability to lead multiple teams in a scaled Agile environment.
