Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience of at least 3-4 years in SF projects.
• Experience in at least 3 project management tools. Experience in agile and hybrid methodologies.

Responsibilities

• The candidate must be able to manage projects in all their phases: planning, execution, monitoring and control, closure.
• Therefore, they will oversee planning and scheduling all the project activities, keeping stakeholders informed about the progress of the project, identifying and communicating risks, and proposing a mitigation plan.
• The candidate will prioritize work and make decisions based on potential impact.
• They will identify any obstacles/blockers and gain the support of stakeholders.
• They will be a servant leader, constantly supporting the team in achieving project goals and ensuring all parties are on track.
• The candidate will support multiple simultaneous projects with a focus on the client.
• They will support PMO tasks such as continually evaluating processes and procedures and recommending changes where appropriate.
