A UHE Install Expert provides remeasure, quality assurance and problem solving for dozens of residential renovation projects on a weekly basis.

About You:

• Ability and Interest To Perform Multiple Kinds Of Evaluation, Measures, Assessment and Repairs Across Multiple Projects
• Past Success In Exterior Carpentry Skills (siding, windows, trim work etc)
• Attention to detail
• Driven / Operates With Urgency

Specific Skills, Traits, Competencies

• 3+years experience installing siding / windows / exterior carpentry (5-10 strongly preferred) OR extensive remeasure experience
• Experience assessing and identifying issues and potential issues on a job site
• Ability to flourish independently with a desire to feel part of a team
• Enjoy spending your days behind the wheel with a clean driving record
• Communication skills in person & on the phone
• Sound judgement
• Resilience & Positive Attitude
• Enjoy learning

Responsibilities

• Perform remeasure work on sold scopes
• Visit job sites on a regular schedule and assess installer progress for quality and accuracy
• Assess Warranty Requests
• Support morning job start operations from HQ as needed 
• Execute in the moment problem solving
• Adhere to local regulations including maintenance of building permit per job & safety expectations
• Guide customers through required decisions involving scope adjustments mid-project
