Description
This opening is for either an entry-level or a senior level project manager.
As an entry level project manager, you will be assigned to work with a senior project manager on some of North America's largest and most notable construction projects. You will assist with managing RFI's, NOC's, trade coordination, and production schedules.
As a senior project manager, you will be directly responsible for overseeing the successful schedule and P&L for the steel detailing contract on commercial and industrial steel construction projects. Daily responsibilities include communicating with our production teams and customers, managing schedules, and the identification and pursuit of change orders.
Qualifications
Candidates should have a degree in either a construction, BIM, or engineering related field, or have experience working for a steel detailer, steel fabricator, general contractor, or engineering firm. Strong communication and organizational skills are a must as is a positive attitude and ability to work both independently and as a team.
