Job Description

PERFORMANCE MARKETING MANAGER

LOCATION: BROOKLYN, NY. OPEN TO REMOTE IN EASTERN TIMEZONE.

ABOUT THIS ROLE

One of our most critical roles, you will serve as the Performance Marketing Manager at Omnia 1 Analytics. This is a fast-paced, growing team where you will have the opportunity to lead a variety of well known e-commerce business owners, design paid processes at the highest level, and execute creative strategies that accelerate company growth.

You'll help clients capture and generate demand to scale and work with a cross-functional, compassionate team: paid media strategists, platform specialists, copywriters, designers, and data analysts. In short, you’ll fully develop the skills necessary to grow brands alongside industry experts. Must have strong communication with the ability to engage and connect with clients on a professional and personal level, build trust, and drive outcomes. This is a heavily client-facing role that requires strategic relationship management and a sales-minded approach.

ABOUT Omnia 1 Analytics

Mission

Through the vehicle of a digital marketing & analytics agency, our mission is twofold and ordered: 1) to create a community of leaders & creators, to empower our team to achieve their dreams and to best help others; 2) to honestly partner with our clients, and with their best interests, build scalable solutions that provide profitable growth. It is from this approach that requires us to put our wellbeing first, a true team effort, to work on who we are and who we will have to become to best make a difference.

We believe that by being your best self you will push those around you to do the same, and we are in business to help people. We know that if one’s life is better, one’s work will be better as a result. We deeply care about who you are and who you want to be. We rise with those we raise and help people.

Positioning

Omnia 1 Analytics is positioned as an Analytics company, as this sets the foundation for strong SEO and Performance Marketing outcomes. Digital shopping dynamics are complex and evolving. With more ambiguity entering the paid marketing space due to iOS updates and the further lack of revenue tracking, how we as marketing professionals lead entrepreneurs and teams to achieve their goals requires an interdisciplinary and holistic approach, one that thrives off of constant curiosity, as well as an open mind and analytical creativity. We currently work with global celebrity & fashion brands, food companies, and strive to support climate change initiatives and organizations.

WHY THIS ROLE IS UNIQUE

  • Networking & Visibility - You’ll work directly with CEOs, VPs of Marketing, and eCommerce leaders, and in the process, grow your network and learn to identify characteristics of successful teams.
  • Internal Growth & Collaboration - You’ll be a part of a collaborative atmosphere where you’ll work closely with ambitious and talented humans who really care about helping others. You’ll have the opportunity to learn and have a direct impact on growing an early stage company.
  • Massive External Impact & Business Foundations - By building compassionate partnerships with clients, we offer holistic multi channel insights to help facilitate growth. You’ll experience working with P&Ls, building multi-channel forecasts and budgets, and performing LTV and CAC analyses to create better marketing goals that scale brands online. This is big.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • You’ll work closely with smart entrepreneurs to create marketing strategies at the highest standard primarily across Paid Social and Paid Search channels to help drive profitable growth for clients. This includes creating media plans, budget projections, and revenue forecasts while effectively managing hundreds of thousands of dollars in ad spend.
  • Manage client relationships in an honest, kind, and professional manner. You’ll have an ongoing rapport with each client you manage to get them excited about marketing and to manage expectations on a weekly and monthly basis. This aspect will be a big part of the role and having a genuine interest in building relationships will go a long way.
  • Plan, strategize, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns through a variety of digital channels, including but not limited to: Paid Social, Google/Bing Ads, Criteo.
  • Build, maintain, and aggregate data into centralized reports using Supermetrics, Google Sheets, and Google Data Studio. You will dive into the data to pull actionable insights to help improve performance and ultimately scale campaigns profitably.
  • Assist clients with various ad hoc analytical projects such as multivariate regression analysis, attribution analysis, halo tests, incremental testing, among others.
  • Approach marketing with a testing mindset to continually ideate, execute, and analyze tests to scale campaigns.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Experienced digital marketing professional - 2-5 years of experience working on businesses with annual revenues ranging from $1M - $100M.
  • Agency experience - As a fast growing company, we need people who can jump in and help manage clients as soon as possible. Having prior experience at an agency means you are an expert project & time manager, and have dealt with multiple clients (4-5) at a given time.
  • Experience with Facebook, Google, and Display advertising platforms - This role requires hands-on work in the platforms.
  • Excellent communication - Quick and proactive communication with clients is a key skill we are looking for as this role will require regular written and verbal communication with multiple clients and internally. You know how to translate data into clear and actionable takeaways for all levels of stakeholders to digest with empathy, compassion and encouragement.
  • Data-driven marketer - You know how to use data to make strategic decisions and when to proactively seek out insights to improve marketing outcomes. You’re not afraid to dig into the weeds of data and ask questions.
  • Eagerness to learn - You are naturally curious, eager, and open to constantly learning and growing. We’re looking for people who are excited to work with smart entrepreneurs to solve complex business problems to help them scale profitably.
  • Self-directed & accountable - You act like an owner, take pride in your work, and initiate solutions to problems that arise independently. You require little guidance
  • Expert organizational skills - You have in depth experience working independently and cross-functionally with task management solutions like Asana. You are inclined towards organizing and prioritizing your work to meet deadlines and to avoid last minute work.
  • Mentor’s mindset - You are one to continuously ideate opportunities and proactively provide new ideas - creative strategies, improve internal processes, creating scalable solutions - to support internal teams. You value working with a team.

BENEFITS

  • Benefits - As a new company, we seek out and retain the best talent, and want our benefits plan to be unmatched. Employees currently enjoy a $300 health care insurance stipend, 401k, end of year bonuses, and commission on new clients.
  • Education Stipends - We’re excited to see you grow and want to invest in your passions in and out of the workplace.
  • PTO - 4 weeks vacation including company Holidays
  • Flexible/Distributed Work Environment – Everyone does their best work in different environments. While based in Brooklyn, NY, we operate as a distributed-first team that enables you to create the schedule and environment that fits you.
  • Team Bonding – Monthly & quarterly activities (happy hours, trips, dinners, etc.).

Our commitment to diversity and inclusion: We deeply value creating a team with different perspectives, educational backgrounds, and life experiences, and we prioritize diversity within our team. We encourage people from underrepresented backgrounds to apply.
