JOB OVERVIEW

Location: Atlanta, GA Work Model: 2 Days in office

Seeking a visionary Creative Director to lead the creative development of immersive brand experiences for one of the world’s premier luxury automotive brands. This role requires a leader who blends strong conceptual thinking with a refined design sensibility and the confidence to inspire both teams and clients. You’ll guide a team of creatives, fostering an environment of collaboration, innovation, and craft excellence.

As Creative Director, you will serve as both a creative leader and client partner —responsible for setting the creative vision, elevating the work, and presenting ideas with authority and passion. You’ll work hand-in-hand with strategy, production, and account leads to deliver groundbreaking experiences that are bold, beautifully designed, and strategically sound.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Creative Leadership: Define and drive the creative vision across campaigns, experiences, and activations for a luxury automotive client.
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of 8+ full-time creatives, freelancers, providing direction, feedback, and career development support.
  • Concept Development: Oversee ideation and storytelling, ensuring ideas are original, innovative, and aligned with brand strategy.
  • Art Direction: Leverage a strong design background to uphold the highest visual standards across all creative outputs.
  • Client Partnership: Act as the creative face of the agency, presenting and selling ideas persuasively to senior clients.
  • Cross-Discipline Collaboration: Work closely with strategists, producers, and account leads to deliver fully integrated concepts.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all creative work meets the client’s brand standards and agency’s standard of excellence.
  • New Business & Growth: Contribute to new business pitches and help grow the agency’s reputation.

WHAT WE WANT FROM YOU

Experience

  • 12-15+ years of creative experience in an agency or studio environment (experiential, brand, or advertising preferred).
  • A portfolio showcasing high-level art direction, design sensibility, and big-idea thinking for world-class brands.
  • Proven experience leading large teams.
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to inspire and persuade clients.
  • Deep background in art direction, with expertise in visual storytelling, design systems, and experiential design.
  • Ability to apply creative concepts across diverse settings – from fashion to motorsports to culinary experiences.
  • Ability to balance concept and craft—thinking big while sweating the details.
  • Experience with luxury brands (automotive or lifestyle preferred) a plus.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

LOCATION & WORK ENVIRONMENT The Creative Director position will be based in Atlanta, Georgia. Travel will be required throughout the year for events.

WHAT WE OFFER The anticipated salary range for this position is $225,000–$250,000 annually . Salary is determined based on experience, skills, and market factors. Benefits include medical/dental/vision insurance, 401k matching, paid time off, and other perks.
