Summary
We are seeking a knowledgeable Parts Counter associate to assist customers in solving parts problems in person or by telephone, identify proper parts numbers, check availability, recommend and sell parts as a service and as requested by customer. This position will complete parts order forms, enter related information into the Data Processing system with the understanding that service and satisfaction are top priority.

Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this position the employee may be required to lift/carry materials weighing up to 20 pounds frequently and 21-50 pounds occasionally. This position requires the ability to demonstrate full range of motion for bending, pulling, reaching, stooping, and climbing frequently. In addition, this position requires the use and operation of a forklift as needed to pick and pack parts. This position will utilize the computer screen, keyboard, and telephone.
