Job Title: Night Shift LPN

Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Part-Time Nights

Location: Elmore Assisted Living – Elmore, MN

Compensation: $30 - $40 per hour

Schedule: Part-Time | Night Shift | Weekend Rotation Required

What You’ll Do on the Night Shift:

• Oversee the health and safety of residents overnight
  
• Complete clinical assessments and ensure proper documentation
  
• Administer medications and monitor chronic conditions
  
• Respond confidently to resident concerns and emergencies
  
• Communicate with families and staff about changes in care
  
• Collaborate with caregivers to provide a seamless, person-centered care experience
  

What You Bring to the Role:

• Active LPN license in Minnesota
  
• Geriatric or long-term care experience strongly preferred
  
• Strong attention to detail and confident decision-making
  
• Ability to work independently during overnight hours
  
• Compassionate presence with clear, calm communication
  
• COVID-19 vaccination or documented exemption required
