In this role, youll assist clients in designing the perfect cruise experience from luxurious ocean voyages to thrilling river cruises while enjoying the flexibility of working from home. Youll help travelers select destinations, cabins, excursions, and onboard experiences that fit their dreams and budgets.

This position is ideal for someone whos passionate about travel, organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys providing excellent customer service in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and book cruise vacations for clients across major cruise lines (ocean, river, and expedition)
• Research itineraries, ports of call, and onboard amenities to match client preferences
• Provide recommendations for pre- and post-cruise travel (flights, hotels, transfers, excursions)
• Manage all aspects of the booking process through approved partner systems
• Stay updated on cruise line promotions, loyalty programs, and destination trends
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings
• Ensure accurate documentation and timely follow-up on all bookings
• Deliver top-tier customer service before, during, and after travel

Qualifications

• Experience in travel, hospitality, or customer service preferred (but not required)
• Knowledge of major cruise lines and destinations a plus (training provided)
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and client service abilities
• Tech-savvy; comfortable using booking systems and online tools
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and remotely
• Passionate about travel, learning, and creating memorable experiences
