The Optimum Team is growing and looking for an Optimum Expert & Wellness Coach to help take their team to the next level!

This role includes:

• Maintaining a strong floor presence and building relationships with clients.
• Assisting clients with modalities, body analysis measurements, EGYM, and RFID integrations.
• Developing personalized programs for members based on their goals.
• Supporting client onboarding, monthly evaluations, and consultations.
• Staying up to date with the latest innovations in fitness, health, and aesthetics.
• Ensuring training of new team members is completed on schedule.
• Leading site tours and assisting management in ensuring a seamless client experience.
• Assisting in content creation for marketing initiatives when needed.
• Opening and closing the facility based on shift requirements.

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of overall health, integrative wellness, and fitness concepts.
• Exceptional client service and hospitality skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Passion for optimizing human performance and overall well-being.
• Experience with modalities such as; Softwave, Medwave, Red Light Therapy, Float Therapy, Cryotherapy, Neufit are an added benefit
