Onward Search is seeking a dedicated and passionate School Occupational Therapist to support students and educators in Sumner, WA . We partner with schools to provide highly skilled professionals who make a lasting impact on students' success. This full-time, in-person opportunity offers the chance to work in a collaborative and student-focused environment.

Position Details:

• Location: Sumner, WA
• Setting: On-site (no virtual or hybrid option)
• Age Group: Elementary
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, School Hours
• Hours: Guaranteed up to 32 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct occupational therapy evaluations to inform student support plans.
• Provide consultation services to teachers, parents, and staff to enhance student success.
• Deliver direct therapy services in accordance with students’ Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) .
• Develop and implement strategies to improve motor skills, sensory processing, and classroom participation .
• Work closely with educators and support teams to ensure effective implementation of therapy interventions.
• Monitor and document students' progress , contributing updates to IEPs as needed.

Qualifications:

• Current Occupational Therapist licensure in the state of Washington .
• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent.
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred.
