Land Development Project Manager

As we expand our Land Development practice, we’re looking for a driven Project Manager to lead complex site development projects and help shape the next generation of infrastructure across the Midwest.

What You’ll Do
  • Oversee civil site projects from concept through construction, ensuring designs are efficient, compliant, and client-focused.
  • Lead multidisciplinary project teams—coaching, mentoring, and empowering engineers and designers to deliver excellence.
  • Manage budgets, schedules, and deliverables to ensure on-time, on-budget execution with exceptional quality.
  • Build and expand long-term client relationships, contributing to business development and market growth.
  • Represent the firm in client meetings, industry events, and public forums, serving as a visible ambassador for our growing brand.
  • Support team expansion through hiring, onboarding, and training as the business scales.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license required (Michigan preferred).
  • 5+ years of land development experience; 10+ years a strong plus.
  • Proven success managing large-scale, multi-stakeholder site development projects.
  • Strong leadership presence and communication skills, with the ability to drive collaboration and results.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and growth.
