The Chicago Ministry Residency Program is a one-year paid internship designed to train and equip young leaders for dynamic, gospel-centered ministry. With housing included and a competitive stipend , this program is your opportunity to launch your calling, build meaningful relationships, and leave a legacy of impact.

• Engage in Real Ministry : Work with college students, local churches, and urban communities to make a meaningful difference.
• Grow as a Leader : Develop practical leadership, discipleship, and outreach skills through hands-on experience and weekly training sessions.

• Faith-based motivation with a desire to grow spiritually.
• Strong interpersonal and social skills; enjoy building relationships and connecting with others.
• Experience with college ministry, church involvement, or similar volunteer roles (preferred but not required).
• Leadership potential and willingness to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Adaptability to serve in culturally diverse and urban ministry settings.
