IOC Construction specializes in providing high-quality construction and maintenance services. We are seeking a skilled and reliable Property Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role focuses on general property repairs, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining the integrity of our construction projects.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect and assess repair needs for properties and structures.
• Perform a variety of property maintenance and repair tasks, including:
• Fixing or replacing loose siding, fascia, and soffit.
• Gutter cleaning and shutter installation or repair.
• Mailbox replacements and masonry repairs.
• Repairing drywall, painting, and replacing rotted wood.
• Conducting general property inspections to identify and address repair needs.
• Collaborate with team members and clients to ensure quality results.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Use company tools and resources effectively and responsibly.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in general handyman or maintenance roles.
• Strong skills in siding repair, drywall repair, painting, carpentry, and general property repairs.
• Prior roofing experience is not required but is considered a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
