JBAndrews is proud to partner with a leading automation provider seeking a Maintenance Shift Lead to oversee on-site technical operations at a 24/7 distribution center . This role is pivotal in ensuring the reliability and performance of advanced ASRS, AMRs, shuttles, conveyors, and pallet/tote systems .
About the Role:
As the Maintenance Shift Lead , you will be embedded at a key customer site, leading preventative maintenance, fault recovery, and troubleshooting for automated material handling systems. You will play a crucial role in managing service operations, coordinating repairs, maintaining spare parts inventory, and leading a team of on-site technicians. This position is ideal for a hands-on leader with a strong technical background in automation and warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Requirements:
🔹 5+ years of experience in automation, maintenance, or material handling systems
🔹 Strong hands-on expertise in troubleshooting and repairs for ASRS, AMRs, and conveyors
🔹 Experience leading or supervising maintenance teams in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment
🔹 Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
🔹 Familiarity with CMMS, PLCs, and automation software is a plus
