An employer is looking for a Maintenance Lead (2nd shift 2 PM -10:30 PM M-F or 3rd shift 10-6:30 AM - usually working 2/4 weekends). This individual would be managing 10-12 skilled trades people - mechanics (air, pneumatics, hydraulics) and electricians. Will run maintenance breakdowns and troubleshoot/repair equipment. Project planning and preventative maintenance over the weekend. Need to be able to help troubleshoot and hold people accountable. Will be responsible for a section within the plant. Managing breakdowns, troubleshooting, predicting breakdowns, fixing problems faster, tracking cycles between failure - typically a root cause for it, determine problem to avoid next time.
