Job Description:
Production Associate
Basic Functions:
Disassembly of various components of previously manufactured product.
Qualifications:
Must be able to learn quickly on various disassembly stations.
Must be able to use various types of hand tools to disassemble different types of product.
High school diploma preferred, 1 to 2 years in a manufacturing environment preferred but not required.
Key Responsibilities:
Disassembly of plastic units to prepare for testing
Delicate removal of printed circuit boards
Inspection of all units to specified requirements
Other Duties as specified by the Production Supervisor
Follow written and verbal assembly/disassembly instructions
Must be able to work easily with others and have reliable attendance
Working Conditions:
Work is performed in a warehouse/manufacturing environment
Physical Factors:
Requires walking, close and color vision to distinguish parts and markings, sitting, stooping, kneeling, standing, and frequent lifting.
