Role Description
Heavy Equipment Operator (mid-size excavator, mini-excavator, skid steer, vibratory plow, trencher, etc.)
This position is full time and offers competitive pay. Benefits programs are available for full time employees including health, dental, vision, simple IRA (up to 3% matching), paid holidays, paid vacations, PAID DRIVE TIME and overtime pay after 40 hours per week.
Qualifications
Ability to pass employment drug screening
Concrete experience
Hand & power tool experience
CDL Class A w/Air license is a plus
Must have reliable means of transportation
Must be able to stoop, kneel, crouch, dig, climb and reach
Ability to work in all weather conditions (includes extreme heat and/or extreme cold)
Must be dependable & able to understand and follow directions
Must comply with all company policies, regulatory safety regulations and code requirements
Strong organizational skills
Ability to professionally communicate with co-workers, customers & the general public
