Our busy estate planning law firm in Century City is currently seeking a qualified applicant to fill the position of Executive Assistant. The candidate will be responsible for assisting with managing day-to-day operations of the law firm, including carrying out administrative services, providing support to the legal team and communicating with clients. The ideal candidate for this position has a strong work ethic, exceptional problem-solving skills, superb customer service abilities and is comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic workplace. Furthermore, we are willing to train the right person but in return we are not looking for a temporary position but rather our hope is that you will stay with our little law firm family for a long time!
Desired Qualifications:
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent writing skills and grammatical competence
- Very trainable and quick learner
- Able to prioritize deadlines and manage shifting priorities
- Excellent customer service skills and patience
- Experience in Estate Planning is highly desirable
- Prior Reception/Customer Service experience preferred, but not required
General Job Duties will include: Update database of digital records; Drop mail/ courier work; Calendaring meetings and court hearings; Scanning documents and filing; Answering phones and dealing with clients; Inputting date into software programs; Document production and review
Salary: $25.00-$30.00/hour but will pay more based on experience, at our discretion. After an initial trial period, health insurance and 401K benefits will also be provided.
