Responsibilities:
- - As our eCommerce Business Analyst Intern, you will analyze user activity, website metrics, trends, and customer comments to enhance the user experience on uline.com.
- You will research competitor websites to identify enhancements and trends.
- Collaborating with the User Experience team, you will help develop concepts that improve website usability and follow best practices.
- You will work alongside Quality Assurance and Development teams to validate web enhancements.
