    Your Opportunity

    As Director of Marketing, you’ll be the architect of our US marketing strategy and execution. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll shape how Americans discover, love, and crave GYG. You’ll lead national campaigns, local store marketing, digital engagement and brand partnerships, all while driving measurable growth.

    You’ll work closely with our US leadership team and Global CMO to:

    • Build brand awareness, positioning GYG as the go-to for fresh, clean Mexican fast food.
    • Drive traffic and sales by developing integrated campaigns that deliver results across dine-in, take-out, drive-thru, delivery, app and web channels.
    • Lead local area marketing, support restaurant openings, and drive community engagement throughout Chicagoland.
    • Own digital and loyalty by growing our app adoption, GOMEX loyalty program and online ordering.
    • Champion culture by ensuring every touchpoint reflects GYG’s vibrant and authentic brand personality.

    What we're looking for:

    • A proven track record of driving brand growth and market penetration in the US from a senior marketing role.
    • Experience in QSR, fast casual, or consumer brands preferred.
    • A strategic & hands on approach, meaning you can set the vision and roll up your sleeves to execute.
    • High level of comfort with analytics, ROI measurement and performance marketing.
    • A love for bold and disruptive ideas, and the know-how to bring them to life.
    • Demonstrated ability to build, inspire and lead a high performing team.
