Job Description

A well-established and well-respected firm in California with multiple locations is seeking an Associate Attorney to join their practice. This attorney can be in either San Diego or Long Beach and has a flexible work environment. If you can work independently but enjoy mentorship and want to grow you practice, this could be a fit for you! Also, you can be part of a defense firm without billable hour requirements.
Ideal Candidate:

* 2-10 years civil litigation experience

* Experience with Insurance Defense, Medical Malpractice, General Liability, Premise Liability preferred but not required

* JD in California, in good standing
* Experience with written discovery, taking and defending depositions
* Law and motion practice, attending court hearings, legal memos and research
* Excellent legal research and writing skills
