Director of Front Office – Captiva Island, Florida
An exceptional opportunity awaits on beautiful Captiva Island. We are seeking an experienced Director of Front Office to join the leadership team at a luxurious, expansive resort featuring over 200 guest rooms, private guest homes, golf, tennis, spa, and an ever-growing array of guest amenities. In this dynamic role, you will oversee all aspects of the front office, including front desk, guest services, bell staff, PBX, and transportation.
The ideal candidate will bring at least two years of experience as a Director of Front Office within a large resort setting. A polished, professional presence, flexibility, a passion for guest service, and a strong commitment to staff training and development are essential. A deep understanding of luxury standards and an ability to lead with both poise and purpose will ensure success in this role.
