• Enter data into specific data fields using keyboards or scanners.
• Compare entered data with source documents to verify accuracy.
• Maintain logs and organize completed documentation in appropriate locations.
• Download data from online sources and import into custom database systems.
• Communicate with team members or vendors to resolve unclear data points or coordinate document handling.
• Manage personal workflow efficiently while supporting team timelines.

Preferred Background:

• Experience in reviewing and validating technical or regulatory documentation (e.g., blueprints, permits, legal or financial records).
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to detect inconsistencies.
• Strong written communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable using custom databases and performing online data imports.
