Family First Home Service is a restoration and damage assessment company dedicated to helping homeowners navigate property damage and insurance claims with confidence. We work directly with policyholders to assess storm, water, mold, or roof-related damage and connect them with licensed public adjusters to help advocate for their rights.

We are expanding rapidly across Florida and are seeking driven individuals to join our front-line outreach team. 

As a Door-to-Door Customer Service Representative, you will engage directly with homeowners in designated neighborhoods. Your role is to initiate friendly conversations, identify potential damage concerns, and schedule inspections or consultations with our licensed partners.

This position does not require prior sales experience and is ideal for candidates who are confident, personable, and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Canvass residential neighborhoods and engage in professional door-to-door outreach
• Educate homeowners about restoration options and the claims process
• Observe and document signs of visible damage (roofing, water, mold, etc.)
• Schedule appointments for licensed adjusters or inspectors
• Log homeowner information accurately using CRM or SalesRabbit
• Follow up with leads and provide exceptional service throughout the process

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
• Coachable with a willingness to learn and follow proven scripts and systems
• Reliable transportation and smartphone
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus, but not required
• Prior sales, canvassing, or home services experience is helpful but not required
