A loan company in East Austin is looking to bring on a cusomter service representative to join their team. This is a fully onsite position. This is a contract role looking for someone who can start ASAP. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to join a laidback environment. Pay is $16/hr.
Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls
- Communicate with clietns about payments
- Submit loan applications
- Respond to customer conerns
- Prepared and submitted end-of-shift reports
Requirements:
- No experience needed
- HS Diploma
- Eager to learn
- Positive attitude
