Job Description

The Creative Manager is responsible for managing the development and execution of creative projects from concept through execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Ideate, develop concepts, and serve as the facilitator for new product development and continued placement with retail partners.
  • Establish and maintain a brand aesthetic and strategy. Implement policies and standards that reinforce the company’s branding strategy and quality goals.
  • Lead the development of creative briefs and utilize design methodologies that meet the business objectives and timelines of the organization, customer, and other stakeholders.
  • Identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
  • Assesses market competition and conduct trend analysis to drive product development direction.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of branding strategies.
  • Direct brainstorming meetings and creative sessions.
  • Direct work with design team to sketch, render, and generate designs/packs for sourcing.
  • Manage project timelines and ensure timely delivery of creative assets.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, fine arts, marketing, or related field
  • Proven experience as a Creative Manager or similar role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative projects and campaigns.
  • Adept in conveying complex ideas in a straightforward and visually appealing manner.
  • Comprehensive understanding of branding, marketing principles, and visual communication.
  • Strong technical design skills. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to work with tight deadlines in a team environment and juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with a wide range of personalities.
