14312 – Trade Capture Analyst (Onsite) – Juno Beach, FL

Start Date : ASAP
Type: Temporary Project
Estimated Duration : 5 months with possible extensions
Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client’s site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client

Required:
• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Juno Beach, FL (required);
• Experience with trade deal entry, end-of-day recaps, and position reporting;
• Experience monitoring daily Value at Risk (VaR), position limits, and other risk metrics;
• Experience reconciling broker and external trading statements;
• Experience providing daily Profit and Loss (P&L) and pricing reporting to management;
• Experience handling Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) and clearing transactions;
• Experience supporting SOX-compliant Trade Capture Applications;
• Experience developing ad-hoc reports using SQL, VBA, or Python;
• Experience capturing complex structured trades into trade capture systems.

Preferred:
• Experience with energy trading or commodity trading operations;
• Familiarity with SOX compliance in trade processing environments.

Responsibilities:
• Verify and report end-of-day trading positions and execute trade recaps.
• Monitor and report daily risk exposures including Value at Risk and position limits.
• Reconcile external broker statements with internal trade records.
• Deliver accurate and timely daily Profit and Loss and pricing data to management.
• Process Electronic Funds Transfer and other clearing-related transactions.
• Support enhancements and data integrity efforts for the SOX Trade Capture Application.
• Develop and maintain ad-hoc operational and risk reports using SQL, VBA, or Python.
