  • Contribute to the development of winning RFP and proposal schedules.
  • Understand construction plans and specifications.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Possesses a strong track record of success in construction project scheduling.
  • Is a Microsoft Project power user, with a deep understanding of CPM principles.
  • Demonstrates excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
  • Is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Has experience scheduling full-cycle construction projects in various sectors (general construction, healthcare, private equity, multifamily a plus).
  • Experience with P6 Scheduling is highly valued.
  • Is able to work in-person from the Quincy, MA office, with occasional travel to project sites.

Exceptional Benefits:

  • Competitive salary
  • Comprehensive health insurance (80% employer-covered)
  • Pet insurance
  • Generous PTO (3 weeks minimum to start)
  • Paid holidays (8), plus 2 floating holidays and your birthday off!
  • A supportive and growth-oriented work environment

What Sets Our Client Apart:

  • Nationally Ranked: Recognized as one of the top contractors in the country.
  • Growth-Oriented: One of the fastest-growing construction companies in the Northeast, offering ample career advancement opportunities.
