Our Primary Care Administrator Will:
- Provide patient care as needed and serve as a clinical resource and educator for providers and other associates.
- Ensure high level of associate performance through selection, training, coaching counseling, and performance evaluation
- Oversee all functions of respective department including supply inventory, budget, and staffing to ensure fiscal responsibility and optimal performance.
- Oversee all operational and marketing functions of the assigned location including patient care, staffing, communication, regulatory compliance, compliance with budget, and marketing to ensure optimal performance and fiscal responsibility.
- Ensure the organization is providing excellent patient care as measured by patient/family feedback, patient outcomes, and community response/advice.
- Guide the organization to sustainable, ethical, and profitable growth as measured by goals for ADC, budgeting, and financial metrics.
- Work to ensure meaningful and effective engagement and relationships with communities, families, and patients as measured by community utilization and feedback
- Facilitate process improvement initiatives in customer relations, quality assurance, financial management, and staff development as measured by QAPI program
- Foster a culture in alignment with the Heritage Core Values as measured by associate feedback and surveys.
Our Primary Care Administrator Has:
- 2-5+ years of leadership experience in the healthcare industry.
- Credentials as an Advanced Practice Provider with an active, unrestricted state license and DEA registration.
- The ability to work and communicate effectively with diverse groups, including colleagues, clients, and business contacts - from front-line employees to senior executives, patients, and families.
- A strong understanding of primary and palliative care services delivered through an interdisciplinary team.
- In-depth knowledge of primary care billing practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to navigate emotionally charged or ambiguous situations.
- Strong technical proficiency with business software programs including Word, Excel, SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint.
- A valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
