Are you a skilled Construction Project Manager looking for your next challenge? Our client, a well-established Commercial General Contractor in North Houston , is looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee a range of projects across Religious, Interiors, Commercial, and Education sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Lead ground-up and interior build-out projects from pre-construction to completion
🔹 Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and work plans
🔹 Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met
🔹 Conduct on-site inspections to ensure work is progressing according to plan, quality standards, and safety regulations
🔹 Oversee RFI processes, change orders, and project documentation
🔹 Collaborate with clients, architects, and engineers to resolve issues and drive project success
🔹 Ensure strict adherence to contract requirements, building codes, and OSHA regulations
🔹 Proactively identify and address potential risks and conflicts to keep projects on track
What You’ll Need:
✅ 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction
✅ Proven success leading projects in Religious, Interiors, Commercial, or Education sectors
✅ Strong background in budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor management
✅ Ability to multi-task, problem-solve, and maintain strong client relationships
✅ Excellent communication and leadership skills
✅ Ability to start immediately
