Construction Project Manager – Ground-Up Commercial Construction

We’re partnered with a reputable Houston based General Contractor that delivers high-quality ground-up commercial projects across K-12, Municipal, Industrial, and Office sectors . With a solid pipeline of work and a trusted reputation in the industry, they’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead projects from preconstruction through closeout.
Responsibilities:
Requirements:
✅ Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager on ground-up commercial construction projects
✅ Experience working on K-12, Municipal, Industrial, or Office projects is required
✅ Proven ability to manage projects from start to finish, including budget, schedule, and team coordination
✅ Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, or similar)
✅ Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
✅ Ability to work collaboratively with field and office teams
✅ Stable employment history – we’re looking for candidates with strong tenures, not frequent job changes
