Position Summary:
We’re looking for caring and flexible individuals to join our team as Companions . In this role, you’ll play a vital part in providing social engagement, emotional support, and companionship to individuals in group settings. Whether it’s sharing a laugh, lending a listening ear, or participating in community activities, you’ll be making a positive impact every single day.
What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Companion, your responsibilities will include:
- Offering companionship and emotional support to individuals in group settings.
- Assisting with social activities and fostering meaningful connections.
- Being flexible to accommodate varying schedules, including occasional overnight shifts.
- Supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in community-based environments.
What We’re Looking For:
No prior experience? No problem! We’re looking for individuals who have:
