Steel Drafting Manager

Selvaggio Steel is seeking an individual with CAD DRAFTING skills to fill an immediate position in the Steel Drafting office in Springfield, Illinois.
Team members will learn the most state-of-the-art drafting software in the world to model and draft shop drawings of buildings. They will be involved in generating documents and fabricating files for the shop. Software includes SDS2 3D drafting software, TEKLA Power Fab, project management software and other programs that link the drafting department to the shop manufacturing floor.
We offer competitive wages ($70,000 plus depending on experience and education) and an opportunity to use state-of-the-art technology both in the office and on the manufacturing floor. Overtime required.
3-5 years or engineering or architectural drafting experience required.
Those who earned a degree in Architectural or Engineering drafting are encouraged to apply as it can make an impact on the starting salary.
