Job Title: BI Manager - Data Architecture

Location: 100% Remote (Must be U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder)

Salary: $140,000 - $150,000 base + 15% bonus (tied to project invoicing and delivery)

Overview: We are seeking an experienced and collaborative BI Manager - Data Architecture to join our growing team. As a key member of a private equity-backed consultancy with a focus on IT services and solutions, this role will involve managing the data architecture and reporting initiatives for various client projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building data warehouses, extracting data, and ensuring successful project delivery while working closely with offshore teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the development and delivery of data warehouses, including data extraction and integration.
• Manage the offshore team to ensure alignment with project goals and timely deliverables.
• Work directly with clients to define requirements and deliver impactful data and reporting solutions.
• Utilize Azure Data Lake, Informatica, and other tools to build and optimize data infrastructure.
• Provide project management support to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
• Communicate effectively with both technical teams (offshore) and non-technical stakeholders (clients).

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in data architecture, BI, or related fields.
• Expertise in SQL, Informatica, Azure, and Alteryx.
• Experience with data warehouse design, data extraction, and BI/reporting solutions.
• Solid project management and communication skills.
• Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently, managing priorities effectively.
• Strong client-facing skills and ability to work collaboratively with offshore teams.
• U.S. Citizenship or Green Card holder.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with Python, Redshift, and Snowflake.
• Experience in data & BI advisory services, particularly with cloud-based tools and solutions.
