**Job Overview:** **Location:** 18180 Gateway Dr,Victorville,California,92394 **Shift & Schedule:** 2nd Shift - Monday-Friday 2pm-10:30p. Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed is required. The Manufacturing Production Supervisor is responsible for leading and coordinating the activities of production personnel on multiple high-speed packaging lines. This role ensures the safe, efficient, and high-quality packaging of beverage products for storage and shipment while driving continuous improvement initiatives. **Key Responsibilities** + Lead and coach production operators in executing daily and weekly schedules. + Ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality operations across multiple packaging lines. + Manage labor and operating expense budgets effectively. + Maintain and complete accurate production records and reports. + Monitor and ensure proper functioning and safety of equipment. + Analyze production data to identify and implement process improvements. + Recommend long-term solutions such as equipment upgrades, procedural changes, and material alternatives. + Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. + Recruit, train, evaluate, and develop team members. + Maintain effective labor relations within company policy and collective agreements. **Leadership Expectations** + Build a culture of trust and well-being that values employee contributions. + Establish and communicate a shared vision with clear goals and accountability. + Promote innovation by embracing diverse perspectives and learning from both success and failure. + Create a safe and motivating environment where employees feel heard and engaged. **Total Rewards:** + Targeted Salary - $80,000-$90,000 annually + This is a salaried, exempt position paid biweekly. Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience.
