Job Title: PLM Program Manager
Location: Akron OH - onsite
Duration:-Long term contract
Mandatory : 3DX-experience
Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to join our team and lead projects for our automobile customer in United States. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of PLM solutions, preferably Dassault Systems and extensive experience in the automotive domain.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead and manage the implementation and support of Dassault Systems PLM solutions for our automobile customer.
· Gather and analyze requirements, prioritize them based on business needs, and ensure optimal solutions.
· Communicate effectively with stakeholders and present project updates.
· Ensure project timelines are met and financial targets are achieved.
· Work with customer and business IT for legacy application retirement and Greenfield Implementation
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Skills and Experience:
· Extensive experience in PLM solutions preferably Dassault Systems.
· Strong knowledge of configuration management, BOM management, and manufacturing engineering.
· Experience in the automotive domain is preferred.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Proven track record of successful project implementations in the manufacturing domain.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
· Minimum of 8 years of experience in similar role.
Experience with managing multiple projects and meeting customer demands.
